摘要
介绍了一起集合式电容器跳闸事故分析与消缺过程。麻池变电站9911电容器组跳闸后试验发现集合式电容器A相AO部分电容量初值差超标,吊芯后精确测试内部各电容单元的电容量发现电容单元A2的电容量初值差为-33.04%,远超规程要求,其他电容单元均正常。现场更换合格的电容单元,整体回装后试验正常,短时间内彻底消除了缺陷,投运后电容器运行正常。
A trip accident analysis and defect elimination process of assembled capacitor were introduced in this paper.After the trip of 9911 capacitor bank in Machi substation,it was found by means of test that the initial difference of the capacitance of A-phase AO part exceeded the standard.After hanging the core,the capacitance of each internal capacitor unit was measured accurately,and it was found that the initial capacitance difference of capacitor unit A2 was-33.04%,which was far beyond the specification requirements.Other capacitor units were normal,the qualified capacitor units were replaced on site,and the test was normal after the overall reassembly.The defects were eliminated completely in a short time,and the capacitor operated normally after being put into operation.
