倒母线操作风险分析与操作步骤优化

摘要 首先阐述了主变后备保护配置作用和主变联跳母联分段压板投退状态,针对双母分段接线方式倒母线操作过程中,线路故障保护拒动引发主变保护动作,在主变联跳母联分段开关出口压板不同的投退状态下的操作风险和后果进行了分析和对比,提出了主变联跳母联分段开关出口压板的顺延性问题,明确了倒母线操作过程中主变后备保护联跳母联分段开关压板二次投退的操作原则,并给出了具体的操作参考步骤,对变电站操作细则的审核修编具有重要技术指导意义,通过优化操作步骤,综合考虑倒闸操作安全、规范、高效的最优性,可有效防止误操作,提升设备操作质量。 First,the role of the main transformer backup protection configuration and the switching state of the main transformer coupling and bus coupler section pressure plate were introduced.During the operation of the inverted busbar in the double bus section connection mode,when the line fault protection fails to trigger the protection of the main transformer,the operation risks and consequences of the main transformer joint jumper bus tie section switch outlet pressure plate were analyzed and compared under different switching states.The problem of the continuity of the outlet pressure plate of the main transformer coupling jumper bus tie section switch was put forward,and the operation principle of the second switching and retreating of the pressure plate of the main transformer backup protection coupling bus tie section switch during the inverted bus operation was clarified.The specific operation reference steps were given,which had important technical guiding significance for the review and revision of substation operation rules.By optimizing the operation steps and comprehensively considering the optimality of the safety,standardization and efficiency of the switching operation,misoperation could be effectively prevented and the quality of equipment operation could be improved.
