摘要 分析了干式铁芯电抗器的铁饼高度、单气隙长度、凸台与铁芯柱间气隙位置及铁芯柱直径对干式铁芯电抗器线圈涡流损耗的影响。通过制作样机并测量样机的损耗,推算出线圈的涡流损耗,从而得出合理设计上述参数值可有效减小干式铁芯电抗器线圈涡流损耗的结论。 The effects of the height of the discus,the length of the single air gap,the position of the air gap between the boss and the core post and the diameter of the core post on the eddy current loss of the dry core reactor were analyzed.By making a prototype and measuring the loss of the prototype,the eddy current loss of the coil was calculated.It was concluded that a reasonable design of the above parameter values could effectively reduce the eddy current loss of the coil of the dry core reactor.
