摘要
针对某核电厂在功率运行期间发生的一起贝类捕集器下游的一个引压管法兰盖开裂漏水事件,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析和原理分析等手段,对开裂样品进行了较全面分析。结果表明,该法兰盖材质无材质缺陷,本次开裂原因应为电偶腐蚀。
In view of the cracking and leakage event of the flange cover of a pressure pipe downstream of a shellfish catcher in a nuclear power plant during power operation,the cracking samples were comprehensively analyzed by means of macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis and principle analysis.The results showed that the flange cover material had no material defects,and the cause of this cracking should be galvanic corrosion.
