摘要 双馈直线电机是由绕线式异步电机沿径向展开得到的新型电机。为研究电机在实际控制中的动态情况,在Maxwell 2D环境下建立双馈直线电机模型,利用有限元软件分析电机磁场分布,考虑电机结构、电磁饱和等因素对电机动态运行的影响。基于动子电流定向矢量控制原理搭建控制系统框图,采用Simplorer搭建外部逆变电路;使用MATLAB实现电机矢量控制算法,联合Maxwell模型实现双馈直线电机的联合仿真。仿真结果表明,双馈直线电机联合仿真结果比MATLAB控制仿真更精确,定动子电压、电流更接近真实值。 Doubly fed linear motor(DFLM)is a new type of motor which develops from wound asynchronous motor in radial direction.In order to study the dynamic state of the motor in actual control,the model of DFLM in Maxwell 2D was established.The magnetic field distribution of the motor was analyzed by using the finite element software,and the influence of the motor structure,electromagnetic saturation and other factors on the dynamic operation of the motor were considered.Based on the principle of motor current oriented vector control,the control system block diagram was built,and the external inverter circuit was built by Simplorer.The vector control algorithm was realized by MATLAB,and the co-simulation of DFLM was realized by combining Maxwell model.The simulation results showed that the co-simulation results of doubly fed linear motor were more accurate than MATLAB control simulation,and the voltage and current of the stator were closer to the real value.
