光催化对褐煤腐植酸产量和种类的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 非能源或非燃料化利用是褐煤高效清洁利用的重要途径。探究光催化氧化对褐煤生成腐植酸的影响,为褐煤制备高附加值的腐植酸化学品奠定了基础。采用不同催化剂对内蒙古褐煤进行光催化氧化,分析不同种类,不同晶型、不同粒度的催化剂对腐殖酸产率与种类的影响。实验结果表明,不同催化剂催化褐煤生成腐植酸总产率的大小顺序为:ZnO>TiO2>α-Fe2O 3>WO3。棕黑腐植酸产率与总腐植酸产率顺序一致,而黄腐植酸产率顺序与总腐植酸产率顺序正好相反。总之催化剂带隙值及能带结构的差异,影响了褐煤分子结构的光催化氧化过程,从而引起腐殖酸产率和种类的变化。 The utilization of non energy or non fuel is an important way of efficient and clean utilization of lignite.The effect of photocatalytic oxidation on humic acid production from lignite was studied,which laid a foundation for the preparation of high value-added humic acid chemicals from lignite.In this paper,Inner Mongolia lignite was photocatalytic oxidized with different catalysts,and the effects of different kinds,crystal types and particle sizes of catalysts on the yield and types of humic acid were analyzed.The experimental results show that the order of total yield of humic acid from lignite catalyzed by different catalysts is ZnO>TiO2>α-Fe2O 3>WO 3.The yield of brown black humic acid is the same as that of total humic acid,while that of yellow humic acid is the opposite.In short,the difference of band gap value and band structure of catalyst affects the photocatalytic oxidation process of lignite molecular structure,which results in the change of humic acid yield and species.
