关于新型冠状病毒肺炎患者雾化吸入治疗的防护技巧

Protection Skills of Nebulization Inhalation in Patients with Novel Pneumonia

目的:提高方舱医院新型冠状病毒感染患者雾化吸入治疗的防护技巧,并将护士的职业暴露风险降至最低。方法:2020年2月23日—3月10日,武昌方舱医院共进行雾化吸入治疗272人次,从操作前、操作中和操作后三个方面论述了新型冠状病毒肺炎患者雾化吸入治疗的防护技巧。结果:差错率为0%,患者满意度为100%,未发生护士职业暴露和交叉感染。结论:严格落实操作流程制度,提高防护技巧,可保障操作护士人员和患者健康。

Objective:To improve the protective technique of nebulization for the patients with novel coronavirus infection in mobile cabin hospitals and to minimize the occupational exposure of nurses.Methods:From February 23 to March 10,in 2020,272 patients were treated by nebulized inhalation in mobile cabin hospitals of Wuchang.The protective skills of nebulized inhalation were discussed from three aspects of pre-operation,operation and post-operation.Results:The error rate was 0%,the satisfaction rate of patients was 100%,and there were no occupational exposure of nurses and cross infection.Conclusion:Strict implementation of the operating process system,improve the protection skills,can ensure the health of operation of nurses and patients.
