我国是重要的猪肉生产和消费大国,猪肉是我国国民最主要的肉食产品,养猪业是我国的畜牧业中十分重要的产业,因而猪肉价格不仅影响着我国畜牧业的发展,更与国民经济的稳定和发展密切相关。基于价格形成及产品供求的相关理论,分析供给、需求和成本因素,研究发现猪肉价格的上涨是供需矛盾和成本相关的多方面因素的相结合造成的。

China is an important country of pork production and consumption,pork is the most important meat product of our people,pig industry is a very important industry in animal husbandry in China,so pork price not only affects the development of animal husbandry in China,but also closely related to the stability and development of national economy.Based on the theory of price formation and product supply and de⁃mand,this paper analyzes the factors of supply,demand and cost.
