为了了解新冠肺炎防控期间嘉兴市新型职业农民网络教育培训状况,从而更有效地提高网络教育培训效果,课题组于2020年3月对嘉兴市新型职业农民网络教育培训的基本情况进行了调查。调研结果显示嘉兴市新型职业农民普遍具备网络教学硬件设备条件,并对网络教育培训认知度较高,视频录像、教师在线答疑和教师在线讲解等网络教育培训方式更受欢迎,农业政策法律知识类、种植技术类和市场及产品营销类知识在新冠肺炎防控期间需求较大,后期可以通过增加更多在线交流机会、丰富并及时更新教学资源等方式进一步提高网络教育培训效果。

In order to understand the situation of online education and training for new professional farmers in Jiaxing city during the prevention and control of COVID-19,so as to improve the effect of online educa⁃tion and training more effectively,the research group conducted an investigation on the basic situation of on⁃line education and training for new professional farmers in Jiaxing city in March 2020.Research results show that jiaxing new professional farmers generally have network teaching hardware conditions,and the network education training awareness is higher,video footage,teachers online FAQ and online on network education training mode is more popular,such as agricultural policy and law knowledge,planting technology and knowl⁃edge of marketing and product marketing class during COVID-19 control demand is bigger,the late can in⁃crease the chance of more online communication,enrich and update the teaching resources and further im⁃prove the effect of network education and training.
