烟草制丝生产工艺精准控制的几点思考

Some Thoughts On Precise Control Of Tobacco Silk Production Process

为充分发挥出卷烟原料的功能价值,并提高卷烟产品的质量,应高度重视烟草制丝的生产工艺,实现烟草制丝生产工艺的精准控制。对此,论文结合烟草制丝生产工艺的特点,从人员操作角度、加工设备角度及工艺技术角度分析了这些因素对烟草制丝生产工艺精准控制的影响。最后,论文总结认为,在烟草制丝生产工艺精准控制中,可从五点做起:一是加强切片机流量的精准控制;二是加强叶片松散回潮机水分的精准控制;三是加强加香加料的精准控制;四是加强烘丝机水分的精准控制;五是促进多丝掺配系统的均匀混配。

In order to give full play to the functional value of cigarette raw materials and improve the quality of cigarette products,great attention should be paid to the production process of tobacco silk to achieve accu⁃rate control of tobacco silk production process.In view of this,the paper analyzes the influence of these fac⁃tors on the precise control of tobacco silk-making process from the perspective of personnel operation,pro⁃cessing equipment and technology based on the characteristics of tobacco silk-making process.Finally,the paper concluded that in the tobacco silk production process accurate control,we can start from five points:one is to strengthen the slicer flow accurate control;The second is to strengthen the precise control of water in the blade loose moisture regain machine;Third,strengthen the precise control of adding incense;Fourth,strengthen the precise control of the dryer moisture;The fifth is to promote the uniform blending of multi-fila⁃ment mixing system.
