新时代环境下,我国的城乡建设发展取得了很大的进步,城乡行政能力也在不断提升。与此同时,对于城乡建设的档案管理也提出了新的要求。城乡建设档案管理的内容要与新时代的发展步伐相吻合,能够通过档案管理对城乡的发展起到一定的促进作用。这就需要对档案管理进行相应的创新与改革,实现档案管理的转型。本文通过对城乡建设档案管理的现状进行分析,提出新时代环境下,城乡建设档案管理的创新策略。

Under the new era environment,China's urban and rural construction and development has made great progress,and the urban and rural administrative capacity is also constantly improving.At the same time,the file management of urban and rural construction also put forward new requirements.The content of urban and rural construction archives management should be consistent with the pace of development of the new era,which can play a certain role in promoting the development of urban and rural areas through file management.This requires the corresponding innovation and reform of archives management to realize the transformation of archives management.This paper analyzes the current situation of urban and rural construc⁃tion archives management,and puts forward innovative strategies of urban and rural construction archives management under the new era environment.
