Consider the Relationship Between Economic Law and Social Law on Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers

对经济法与社会法的关系进行研究是一个复杂而重要的问题,如果缺乏深入研究,将无法理清两者之间的关系。在讨论二者关系的时候,应当对经济法和社会法进行法本质定位,否则就缺乏讨论的前提,因此本文从两者的法本质研究现状入手,运用社会学的分析路径,提出了两者在法本质方面的差异,以期获致对两者关系的明确认识。

It is a complicated and important problem to study the relationship between economic law and so⁃cial law.When discussing the relationship between them,it is necessary to define the nature of law of eco⁃nomic law and social law,otherwise there is no premise for discussion.Therefore,this paper starts from the research status of the nature of law of the two,and USES the analysis path of sociology to put forward the dif⁃ferences between the two in the nature of law,in order to gain a clear understanding of the relationship be⁃tween the two.
