摘要
目的:分析比较单纯应用强阿片类药物控制癌痛与采用姑息性化疗联合强阿片类药物治疗癌痛的疗效。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年9月谷城县人民医院收治的具有癌痛的癌症患者510例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组255例,对照组单纯应用强阿片类药物进行治疗,观察组采用姑息性化疗联合强阿片类进行治疗。比较2组患者的疼痛控制情况、生命质量评分、睡眠质量评分、使用阿片类药物后患者的不良反应及用药剂量。结果:观察组患者的疼痛评分明显比对照组患者低(P<0.05);观察组的阿片类药物用量明显比对照组患者低(P<0.05);观察组患者的生命质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的睡眠质量比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的使用阿片药物的不良反应发生率明显比对照组患者低(P<0.05)。结论:在癌症患者中,应用姑息性化疗联合强阿片类控制癌痛较单纯应用强阿片类药物控制癌痛的效果更好,能有效缓解患者癌痛,提升患者的生命质量,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze and compare the efficacy of strong opioids alone in the treatment of cancer pain with palliative chemotherapy combined with strong opioids.Methods:A total of 510 cancer patients with cancer pain from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 255 cases in each group.The control group was treated with strong opioids only,and the observation group was treated with palliative chemotherapy combined with strong opioids.The pain control,quality of life,sleep quality,adverse reactions and dosage of opioids were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the opioid dosage of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the sleep quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group Conclusion:In cancer patients,palliative chemotherapy combined with strong opioids is better than strong opioids alone in controlling cancer pain,which can effectively alleviate cancer pain and improve the quality of life of patients,and is worth popularizing.
