脑出血患者不同出血部位与睡眠的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析睡眠与脑出血患者出血部位不同的相关性。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年7月谷城县人民医院收治的脑出血患者104例作为研究对象,对患者的病例资料进行分析,比较患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和血脂等情况,使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表对患者发病前后的睡眠时间和睡眠质量进行评估,并通过Logistic回归分析不同脑出血部位与睡眠之间的联系。结果:104例脑出血患者中,56例为基底节出血,占比53.85%;31例为丘脑出血,占比29.81%;27例睡眠时间<7 h,占比25.96%,43例睡眠时间为7~8 h,占比41.35%,34例睡眠时间>8 h,占比32.69%。Logistic回归分析表明,睡眠质量差可增加丘脑出血的风险(OR=2.392,95%CI:1.135~5.017);经常午休可增加脑叶出血的风险(OR=12.138,95%CI:1.534~110.536),睡眠时间<7 h可增加脑干出血的风险(OR=9.326,95%CI:1.391~60.314)。结论:睡眠时间不足与脑干出血有关,睡眠质量差与丘脑出血有关,经常午休与脑叶出血有关。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between sleep and bleeding site in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 104 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage from july 2017 to july 2019 in gu cheng county people′s hospital as the study object,analyzed the patient′s case data,compared the patients′fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids,and used the pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale to evaluate the sleep time and sleep quality before and after onset,and analyzed the association between different cerebral hemorrhage sites and sleep by Logistic regression.Results:The 104 patients with cerebral hemorrhage,56 had basal ganglia hemorrhage,accounting for 53.85%;31 had thalamus hemorrhage,accounting for 29.81%;27 had less than 7 h sleep,accounting for 25.96%;43 had 7~8 h sleep,accounting for 41.35%;34 had more than 8 h sleep,accounting for 32.69%.Logistic regression analysis showed that poor sleep quality could increase the risk of thalamic hemorrhage(OR=2.392,95%CI:1.135~5.017);frequent lunch break could increase the risk of lobar hemorrhage(OR=12.138,95%CI:1.534~110.536),and sleep time<7 h could increase the risk of brainstem hemorrhage(OR=9.326,95%CI:1.391~60.314).Conclusion:Lack of sleep time is related to brainstem hemorrhage,poor sleep quality is related to thalamus hemorrhage,frequent lunch break is related to lobar hemorrhage.
