乳腺癌患者术后首程化疗期间的饮食及睡眠指导

Diet and Sleep Guidance for Breast Cancer Patients During First Course Chemotherapy

目的:研究探讨乳腺癌患者术后首程化疗期间的饮食及睡眠指导。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月谷城县人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者210例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组105例,在首程化疗期间给予不同干预措施,其中对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行饮食、睡眠指导干预,记录比较2组患者接受干预指导后生命质量评分、VAS疼痛评分。结果:2组患者经过不同指导干预后,观察组患者生命质量评分高于对照组患者,其VAS疼痛评分低于对照组患者,以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌患者术后首程化疗期间行饮食及睡眠指导,能有效减少患者化疗期间风险因素,提高患者睡眠质量和生命质量,以此确保患者后期能够顺利完成化疗治疗。因此,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the diet and sleep guidance of patients with breast cancer during the first course of chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 210 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups and given different intervention measures during the first course of chemotherapy.The study group received diet and sleep guidance intervention,and the control group received routine nursing intervention.The quality of life score and VAS pain score of the patients in the two groups were statistically recorded contrast.Results:The quality of life score of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS pain score of the patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet and sleep guidance can effectively reduce the risk factors during chemotherapy,improve the sleep quality and life quality of patients,so as to ensure the successful completion of chemotherapy in later stage.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
