黛力新联合右佐匹克隆治疗卒中后焦虑伴睡眠障碍的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Delexin and Right Zopi Clone on Poststroke Anxiety and Sleep Disorders

目的:分析黛力新联合右佐匹克隆治疗卒中后焦虑伴睡眠障碍的作用。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年8月福建省立医院收治的卒中后焦虑伴睡眠障碍患者74例作为研究对象,随机分对照组(n=36)与观察组(n=38)。对照组实施右佐匹克隆治疗治疗,观察组黛力新联合右佐匹克隆治疗治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后焦虑评分、睡眠质量评分。结果:治疗后,2组患者HAMA评分和PSQI评分均有所降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卒中后焦虑伴睡眠障碍患者采用黛力新联合右佐匹克隆治疗,改善睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Delixin combined with right zopiclone on post-stroke anxiety with sleep disorder.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2019,74 patients with post-stroke anxiety and sleep disorder were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=38).The control group was treated with right zopiclone,and the observation group with right zopiclone.Anxiety score and sleep quality score before and after treatment were compared in 2 groups.Results:The HAMA score and PSQI score of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with post-stroke anxiety and sleep disorder were treated with Delixin combined with right zopiclone to improve sleep quality.
