全身麻醉和腰麻对下肢静脉曲张术后睡眠质量的临床影响研究

Study on Clinical Influence of General Anesthesia and Lumbar Anesthesia for Sleep Quality of Patients after Operation for Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

目的:探讨全身麻醉和腰麻对以下肢静脉曲张术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年10月济宁市中医院收治的的肢静脉曲张术患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为全麻组和腰麻组,每组44例。全麻组进行全身麻醉,腰麻组进行椎管内联合麻醉。比较2组患的BIS值、总睡眠时间及术后1周的睡眠质量,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分。结果:2组的BIS值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),全麻组术后当晚的总睡眠时间显著长于腰麻组,术后1周的PSQI评分显著低于腰麻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全身麻醉在下肢静脉曲张手术患者中的应用效果优于腰麻患者,术后睡眠时间更长,睡眠质量更好,临床推广价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the influence of general anesthesia and lumbar anesthesia for postoperative sleep quality of patients with varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods:A total of 88 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Jining city from December 2018 to October 2019 were divided into general anesthesia group(given general anesthesia)and lumbar anesthesia group(given intraspinal anesthesia),44 cases in each group.The postoperative BIS,total sleep time and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]score at 1st week after the operation of two groups were compared.Results:The BIS of two groups were compared,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),the total sleep time of general anesthesia group was significantly longer than that of lumbar anesthesia group,and the PSQI score at 1st week after the operation was significantly lower than that of lumbar anesthesia group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of general anesthesia in the patients with varicose veins of lower extremities is better than that of lumbar anesthesia,and it can improve the sleep time and sleep quality,so its clinical value is higher.
