曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的疗效及对血清炎性因子及睡眠质量的影响

Efficacy of Trimetazidine Combined with Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Effect on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Sleep Quality

目的:探究曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的疗效及对血清炎性因子及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月湛江市遂溪县人民医院收治的冠心病患者126例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组行曲美他嗪治疗,观察组行曲美他嗪+阿托伐他汀治疗,分析2组疗效。结果:总有效率比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hs-CRP、TNF-α水平以及睡眠质量评分比较,治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:应用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病患者,疗效确切可推荐。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 126 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine and atorvastatin.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.Hs-CRP,TNF-level and sleep quality score were not significantly different before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,the curative effect can be recommended.
