摘要
目的:观察高才达名老中医经验方芍药木瓜汤治疗后循环缺血性单发性眩晕伴失眠的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月北京中医医院顺义医院收治的循环缺血性单发性眩晕患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。所有患者均接受基础治疗,对照组采用西药治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用芍药木瓜汤治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分并评价2组临床疗效。结果:2组患者的中医证候评分在治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为86.21%(25/29),明显高于对照组64.52%(20/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用高才达名老中医经验方芍药木瓜汤配合针刺治疗后循环缺血性单发性眩晕,能够使临床疗效得到提升,临床症状得到缓解,值得推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gao Cai da Ming Lao traditional Chinese medicine experience recipe Shaoyao Mugua decoction combined with acupuncture in treating posterior circulation ischemic single vertigo(PCIV).Methods:A total of 62 patients with posterior circulation ischemic single vertigo from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.All patients received basic treatment,31 patients in control group were treated with Western medicine,31 patients in treatment group were treated with Paeoniflorin and Papaya decoction.The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were compared and the clinical effects were evaluated in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in tcm syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)After treatment,the score of TCM Syndrome in the 2 groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21%(25/29),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.52%(20/31),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It can improve the Clinical curative effect and relieve the clinical symptoms to use Shao Yao Mu Gua Tang and acupuncture to treat posterior circulation ischemic single vertigo.
