缩唇腹式呼吸锻炼对心脏术后老年患者心功能及睡眠质量的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Labial and Abdominal Breathing Exercise for Heart Function and Sleep Quality of Elderly Patients after Heart Operation

目的:探究缩唇腹式呼吸锻炼对心脏术后老年患者心功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年8月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的老年心脏病手术患者76例作为研究对象,按照奇偶分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行缩唇腹式呼吸锻炼。比较2组的心功能指标、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的心功能指标、PSQI评分及不良反应总发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缩唇腹式呼吸锻炼可显著改善老年心脏病患者的术后心功能及睡眠质量,并可以降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective:To analyze the influence of labial and abdominal breathing exercise for heart function and sleep quality of elderly patients after heart operation.Methods:From May 2017 to August 2019,76 elderly patients with heart disease surgery in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from May 2017 to August 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group according to the odd and even grouping method.The control group were with routine nursing,and the observation group were with labial and abdominal breathing exercise.Then the heart function indexes,sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI scale)]and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The heart function indexes,PSQI score and the total incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were were all significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The labial and abdominal breathing exercise can significantly improve the postoperative heart function and sleep quality of elderly patients after heart operation,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
