无创呼吸机及肺表面活性物质联合治疗新生儿睡眠呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的疗效及护理方法

Efficacy and Nursing Method of Non-invasive Ventilator and Pulmonary Surfactant in the Treatment of Neonatal Sleep Respiratory Distress Syndrome(NRDS)

目的:研究无创呼吸机联合肺表面活性物质、针对性护理被应用到新生儿睡眠呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)患儿中的护理作用与效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年2月安徽省蚌埠市第一人民医院接收的NRDS患者102例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。先对所有患儿施予无创呼吸机联合肺表面活性物质进行治疗,再对对照对照组患儿施予常规性护理,对观察组患儿施予针对性护理,观察比较其最终的结果。结果:在护理后,观察组住院时间、胸片改善时间、机械通气时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机及肺表面活性物质联合针对性护理被应用到NRDS患儿中,能够得到更为满意的效果。

Objective:To study the nursing effect and effect of non-invasive ventilator combined with pulmonary surfactant and targeted nursing in children with neonatal sleep and respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods:From March 2018 to February 2020,102 NRDS cases with income from The First People′s Hospital of Bengbu City were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group.Among them,all the patients were treated with non-invasive ventilator combined with pulmonary surfactants,and then a total of 51 children in observation group were given routine nursing care.A total of 51 children in control group were given targeted care.Results:After nursing,the length of hospital stay,chest radiograph improvement time,and mechanical ventilation time were lower in control group than in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator and pulmonary surfactant combined with targeted nursing can be applied to children with NRDS,which can achieve more satisfactory results.
