学龄前注意缺陷多动障碍共患睡眠障碍患儿采用箱庭疗法治疗的效果探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨为学龄前注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)合并睡眠障碍的患儿实施箱庭疗法的效果。方法:选取2017年10月至2019年3月泉州市儿童医院收治的ADHD合并睡眠障碍的患儿54例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组27例。对照组应用家庭行为疗法,观察组同时应用箱庭疗法。结果:干预后观察组ASQ及CBCL评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。2组日间困倦、睡眠觉醒、睡眠持续时间、入睡延迟、睡眠阻抗等各项指标及CSHQ总评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:学龄前ADHD合并睡眠障碍的患儿应用箱庭疗法可加快核心症状缓解。 Objective:To explore the effect of the chamber therapy for children with preschool attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)combined with sleep disorders.Methods:Fifty-four children were divided into two groups.The control group(n=27)was treated with family behavior therapy.The study group was also treated with box court therapy.Results:The ASQ and CBCL scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention,P<0.05.There were significant differences in various indicators such as daytime drowsiness,sleep awakening,sleep duration,sleep onset,sleep impedance,and total CSHQ scores between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of box therapy in children with ADHD and sleep disorders before school age can accelerate core symptom relief.
