摘要
目的:对手术治疗患者进行手术室护理术前访视与宣教,并分析其应用价值。方法:选取2017年12月至2019年11月广州市第一人民医院南沙医院收治的患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采取常规术前护理;观察组进行手术室护理术前访视与宣教。结果:干预后,观察组患者的术前SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者进行手术室护理术前访视及宣教可改善患者术前睡眠质量,减轻其不良情绪,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the preoperative visit and education of operating room nursing for patients,and analyze its application value.Methods:A total of 82 patients from December 2017 to November 2019 in Nansha Hospital of Guangzhou first people′s hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative care;the observation group received preoperative visit and education in the operating room.Results:After intervention,PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative visit and education can improve the sleep quality and reduce the bad mood of the patients,which is worth popularizing.
