研究综合睡眠护理对脑梗死伴发睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效

Objective to Study the Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Sleep Nursing on Cerebral Infarction Patients with Sleep Disorders

目的:研究综合睡眠护理对脑梗死伴发睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年8月孝昌县第一人民医院收治的脑梗死患者60例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组采用综合睡眠护理,比较2组患者的睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者的PSQI总分为(14.61±1.13)分,对照组患者的PSQI总分为(19.17±1.31)分,观察组睡眠质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合睡眠护理应用于脑梗死办法睡眠障碍患者的治疗中临床疗效较佳,能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量,有助于患者身体的恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of comprehensive sleep nursing on cerebral infarction patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the first People′s Hospital of Xiaochang County from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive sleep care.Results:The total score of PSQI in the observation group was(14.61±1.13)and that in the control group was(19.17±1.31).The sleep quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive sleep nursing in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with sleep disorder is better,which can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and help patients recover,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
