髋部骨折术后实施快速康复护理对患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Fast Rehabilitation Nursing after Hip Fracture Surgery on Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:探究髋部骨折术后实施快速康复护理对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年3月期间中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九○○医院收治的髋部骨折患者124例作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组62例。对照组对髋部骨折患者采用常规护理;观察组对髋部骨折患者采用快速康复护理干预,对2组患者围术期的睡眠质量(主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠效率评分、日间功能障碍、催眠药物使用)、负性情绪以及术后疼痛程度进行分析。结果:观察组患者围术期的睡眠质量、负性情绪和术后疼痛程度优于对照组,2组之间存在差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:我院采用快速康复护理干预对髋部骨折患者进行护理,效果良好,有效从主观睡眠质量、日间功能障碍、睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、催眠药物使用、睡眠效率评分等方面降低患者睡眠质量整体评分,降低患者的负性情绪,缓解患者术后疼痛程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients′sleep quality after hip fracture surgery.Methods:From January 2019 to March 2020,124 patients with hip fracture in our hospital were selected as research objects,and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The reference group(n=62):patients with hip fracture were given routine nursing;Study group(n=62):Patients with hip fracture were given fast rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the perioperative sleep quality(subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep latency,sleep efficiency score,daytime dysfunction,hypnotic drug use),negative emotion and postoperative pain degree of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The sleep quality,negative emotion and postoperative pain degree of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention in our hospital is effective in nursing patients with hip fracture,which can effectively reduce the overall score of sleep quality,reduce the negative emotion and relieve the postoperative pain from subjective sleep quality,daytime dysfunction,sleep time,sleep latency,hypnotic drug use and sleep efficiency score.
