无锡市高品质科技社团可持续发展策略研究

Research on the sustainable development strategy of Wuxi high-quality sci-tech associations

为激发广大科技工作者科技报国,破局新冠肺炎疫情以及美国技术封锁升级的影响,突破无锡市科技产业发展的瓶颈。文章运用专家评估统计法,将科技社团党组织建设、理事会和常务理事会工作、监事机构建设、秘书处建设、会员管理、资产财务管理、制度建设、信息平台建设、常规工作、学术建设、服务科技创新、服务大众创业万众创新、服务提升全民科学素质、服务党委和政府科学决策、承接政府转移职能、服务科技工作者等方面工作,视作科技社团建设的影响因素,通过不同专家对社团考核打分,综合各专家的权重取加权平均,确定市属各科技社团考核排名,为建设高品质科技社团提供参考。

In order to stimulate sci-tech workers to devote themselves to the country with science and technology,overcome the influence of American technology blockade upgrade since COVID-19,and break through the development bottleneck of sci-tech industries in Wuxi,by using the expert assessment statistics method,this paper regards the following aspects as the influencing factors of constructing sci-tech associations:(1)the construction of Party organizations;(2)councils and standing councils work;(3)supervisor institution construction;(4)secretariat department construction;(5)member management;(5)asset financial management;(6)system construction;(7)information platformconstruction;(8)routinework;(9)academicconstruction;(10)servesci-techinnovation,mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the promotion of scientific quality of all the citizens,party committee and governmental scientific decision-making and sci-tech workers;(11)undertake the functions transferred by the government,etc.In this paper,the assessment ranking of every sci-tech association governed by Wuxi city is determined by taking the weighted average of each expert,which provides reference for the construction of high-quality sci-tech associations.
