Analysis of the measurement errors of automobile profile size detector

汽车外廓尺寸会影响汽车外观,也要符合出厂时安全指标项目验证,否则会增加交通的安全隐患。不仅要对测量误差进行分析,还需对测量仪器进行校准。文章分析了汽车外廓尺寸检测仪示值误差校准时的不确定度分析和评定方法,通过对不确定分度的各项指标进行测量,给出相应的计算公式和典型数值,在实际操作过程中,很多不确定因素也会对测量结果产生较大影响。

The profile size of a car affects its appearance,and must conform to the project verification of safety indices on delivery,otherwise,it will increase the hidden danger of traffic safety.Therefore,not only should the measuring errors be analyzed,but also should the measuring instrument be calibrated.This paper analyzes the uncertainty and evaluation method of the measurement errors of automobile profile size detector when the indicating value errors are calibrated.By measuring the indices of uncertain scale marks,corresponding calculation formulas and typical values are given.In the actual operation process,many uncertain factors also have great influence on the measurement results.
