摘要
文章对基于双因素理论的图书馆阅读推广人才培育与激励机制进行了研究,介绍了双因素理论的内涵,分析了双因素理论在图书馆阅读推广人才培育与激励中的可行性,就如何建立阅读推广人才激励机制进行了总结,从阅读推广人才招聘、培训、管理角度设计了人才激励模型,最后从工作环境、服务团队、文化氛围等角度总结了图书馆阅读推广人才的培育。
This paper studies the cultivation and motivation mechanism of library reading promotion talents based on the two-factor theory,introduces the connotation of the two-factor theory,analyzes the feasibility of the two-factor theory in the talent cultivation and motivation of library reading promotion,summarizes how to set up the talent motivation mechanism of library reading promotion,designs the talent motivation model from the aspects of talent recruitment,training and management,and finally summarizes the cultivation of library reading promotion talents from the aspects of work environment,service team and culture atmosphere.
