摘要
超高层建筑具有施工周期紧、部分节点施工难度大、质量难以控制、施工顺序难以确定等问题,为了提高超高层建筑的建设效率,就须采用先进的信息技术。文章以上海中心大厦为实例,主要对BIM技术在超高层建筑中施工进度、施工质量、项目协同管理等方面的应用进行探讨,旨在为建设人员事前控制提供参考。通过分析,BIM技术为解决超高层建筑中质量难以控制、进度受不可控因素影响大等显著问题提供了新方向,也为建筑行业的日后发展提供了宝贵的经验。
Super-high-rise buildings have such problems as tight construction period,difficult construction of some joints,difficult quality control and difficult determination of construction sequence.In order to improve construction efficiency of super-high-rise buildings,advanced information technology must be adopted.Taking Shanghai Tower as an example,this paper mainly discusses the application of BIM technology in the construction progress,construction quality and project co-management of super-high-rise buildings in order to provide reference for the construction personnel in advance.Through analysis,BIM technology provides new direction for solving the problems such as difficult control of the quality of super-high-rise buildings and the great influence of uncontrollable factors on the progress,and also provides valuable experience for the future development of architecture industry.
