摘要
文章分析了高职课堂教学存在的"师生有效互动少、课堂教学进度慢、课堂提问效果差"等问题,提出了建立有效的课堂诊断与改进体系的3个原则,制定了课堂诊断与改进的课前、课中、课后3个阶段的指标体系,设计了"问题定性—专业分析—改进提升"的诊断与改进工作流程。
This paper analyses the problems of"few effective interactions between teachers and students,slow progress of classroom teaching and poor effect of classroom questioning"in higher vocational classroom teaching,puts forward three principles of establishing effective system of classroom diagnosis and improvement,formulates the index system of three stages(before class,during class and after class)of classroom diagnosis and improvement,and designs the process of diagnosis and improvement:qualitative problem—professional analysis—improvement and promotion.
