高强型高模量低收缩聚酯帘线性能的研究

摘要 研究高强型高模量低收缩聚酯帘线的性能。结果表明:与第2代高模量低收缩聚酯帘线相比,第3代高强型高模量低收缩聚酯浸胶帘线模拟硫化及耐疲劳试验后的断裂强力提高,定负荷伸长率略低,耐疲劳性能提高,其他性能相当。 The properties of high tenacity,high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord were studied.The results showed that,compared with the second-generation high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord,the breaking strength after simulated vulcanization and fatigue test of the third-generation high tenacity,high modulus and low shrinkage polyester dipped cord was improved,the elongation at constant load was slightly lowered,the fatigue resistance was improved while the other properties were equivalent.
