粤港澳三地金融合作发展对于促进粤港澳大湾区的整体发展具有重要意义。近年来,在国家主导和三地的共同努力下,粤港澳大湾区金融合作具备强强联合、优势互补的合作基础和优势。同时,由于三地的社会制度、经济制度和政治制度不同,金融合作发展必将存在诸多问题。因此,通过制定三地金融合作发展的战略规划,建立强有力组织领导,运用高新技术,发展金融科技,差异化发展三地特色金融,联合进行三地金融监管等措施,最终实现粤港澳大湾区金融一体化发展的目标。

The development of financial cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao is of great signif-icance to the overall development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area. In recent years, under the lead-ership of the state and the joint efforts of the three regions, the financial cooperation of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area has the basis and advantages of strong cooperation and complementary advantages. At the same time, due to the different social, economic and political systems, there will be many problems in the development of financial cooperation. Therefore, through the formulation of the strategic plan for the devel-opment of financial cooperation among the three regions, the establishment of strong organizational leader-ship, the use of high and new technology, the development of financial science and technology, the differen-tiated development of the three regions’ characteristic finance, and the joint implementation of the three regions’ financial supervision and other measures, the goal of the integrated development of Finance in Guang-dong, Hong Kong and Macao is finally achieved.
