中国“一带一路”倡议与参与联合国维和警务探析

Study on China’s“the Belt and Road Initiative”and Its Participation in the UN Peacekeeping Policing

在中国深入参与全球治理的过程中,探索出了多维度、多层次、多领域的路径选择。不仅积极响应联合国授权的维和警务行动,还立足自身发展经验,提出"一带一路"倡议,丰富并扩展了中国参与全球事务治理的方法与途径,提升了中国的国际话语权。在营造沿线维和任务区国家和平安全发展的同时,还建立警务合作治理机制,增进友好交流互信、拓宽合作领域,践行共同发展及建设可持续和平的理念,为构建和平发展的全球环境、维护公平正义的世界秩序做出了中国贡献。

With China’s deep participation in global governance, the multi-dimensional, multi-level and multi-areas path choices have been explored. In addition to responding actively to the peacekeeping police operations authorized by the United Nations, it also proposed the "Belt and Road"initiative based on its own development experience, which have enriched and expanded the ways and means for China to participate in glob-al affairs governance and enhanced China’s discourse power.Not only promoting peace and security development of the countries in the peacekeeping mission areas along the belt and road, establishing a mechanism for po-lice cooperation and governance, enhancing friendly exchanging and mutual trust, but also expanding coopera-tion areas, practicing the idea of common development and building sustainable peace, and make China ’s contribution to build a global environment for peace and development and maintain a fair and just world order.
