Research on the Positive Effects of Rural House Reconstruction from the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

实施乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是决胜全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务。本文通过分析"农房改造—美丽乡村建设—乡村振兴"的内在联系,探索农房改造在规划到位、服务到位、产业到位、文化到位的转型升级作用,从而更加富有成效地助推乡村开展农房建设,以此挖掘农房改造对乡村振兴的正向效应。

Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is a major decision deployment of the 19th Na-tional Congress of the CPC.It is a major historical task to successfully build a well-off society and build a modern socialist country.This article analyzes the internal connection of rural house reconstruction,beautiful country building and rural revitalization to explore the transformation and upgrading of rural house reconstruction in planning,service,industry and culture.Therefore,we can boost rural housing construction and find the positive effects of rural house reconstruction on rural revitalization.
