乡村旅游视域下的精准扶贫实现路径

Targeted Poverty Alleviation from the Perspective of Rural Tourism

基于乡村旅游开展精准扶贫,既能够促进贫困农村地区产业机构的优化和经济质量的提升,同时也能够为如期完成脱贫攻坚任务、建成全面小康社会打下坚实的基础。本文基于乡村地区尤其是贫困农村地区的发展时机,借助精准扶贫与旅游业融合发展机制,针对当前农村地区在发展乡村游过程中遇到的资金、项目、人才、产品等多方面问题,对症下药、精准施策,因地制宜地提出了破解方法,探索出了一条全新的精准扶贫路径。

Targeted poverty alleviation based on rural tourism can not only promote the optimization of in-dustrial institutions and the improvement of economic quality in poor rural areas, but also lay a solid foun-dation for completing the task of poverty alleviation and building a moderately prosperous society in all re-spects as scheduled. Based on the development of rural areas, especially the rural poor timing, with the aid of precise and tourism integration development mechanism for poverty alleviation, in view of the current ru-ral areas in the process of developing rural tourism of the funds and projects, talents, products aspects of problems, suit the remedy to the case, precise Shice, decoding method is proposed according to local condi-tions,explore the accuracy of a new path for poverty alleviation.
