摘要
[目的]探究佛甲草体内脯氨酸含量的变化及其相应重金属的积累情况。[方法]以不同浓度的Pb和Cd离子为胁迫因子对佛甲草胁迫,砂培培养,测定佛甲草体内脯氨酸及重金属含量,探究其对Pb和Cd 2种重金属的吸附作用。[结果]在一定浓度范围内,佛甲草中的脯氨酸含量随着重金属胁迫浓度的增加而增加,可见佛甲草对铅、镉都具有一定的吸附作用,相对来说,对500 mg/L的Pb吸附效果最好。[结论]结果为土壤的生态修复,解决环境重金属污染问题提供一定的理论依据。
[Objective]To explore the changes of proline content and heavy metals accumulation in linear stonecrop.[Method]Different concentrations of Pb and Cd ions were used as stress factors to stress linear stonecrop.The contents of proline and heavy metals in linear stonecrop were measured to explore the adsorption of Pb and Cd.[Result]In a certain concentration range,the proline content increased with the increase of heavy metal stress concentration.It can be seen that linear stonecrop has a certain adsorption effect on lead and cadmium.Relatively speaking,the adsorption effect of 500 mg/L Pb was the best.[Conclusion]The results provide a theoretical basis for the ecological restoration of soil and the solution of heavy metal pollution.
