江西省各地市产业转型升级水平测度的对比分析

Comparative Analysis on the Measurement of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Level in Jiangxi Province

产业转型升级是经济高质量跨越发展的必然选择,运用转型升级指数、利利安指数法(Lilien指数法)、产业结构超前系数法多角度定量测度江西各地市2001-2019年间产业转型升级的水平、速度以及方向,通过对比研究发现:江西省产业转型升级总体上处于不断优化递进的阶段,进入“十三五”期间则转型升级速度明显加快,其中在“十三五”期间的转型升级速度方面,南昌、九江、赣州、吉安四市居第一方队,新余、萍乡、抚州三市居第二方队,其他四市居第三方队,处于追赶地位。在产业转型升级方向方面,各地市在“十二五”期间第二产业得到了较快的发展,进入“十三五”期间后第三产业发展均明显快于第二产业。

Industrial transformation and upgrading is an inevitable choice for high-quality and leapfrog development of economy.The level,speed and direction of industrial transformation and upgrading of cities in Jiangxi Province from 2001 to 2019 are quantitatively and multi-dimensionally measured by using the transformation and upgrading index,the Lilien index method and the leading coefficient method of industrial structure.During the 13th Five Year Project period,the transformation and upgrading speed was obviously accelerated.In terms of the transformation and upgrading speed during the 13th Five Year Project period,Nanchang,Jiujiang,Ganzhou and Ji'an ranked first,Xinyu,Pingxiang and Fuzhou ranked second,and the other four cities ranked third.In terms of the direction of industrial transformation and upgrading,the secondary industry developed rapidly in these cities during the 12th Five Year Project period.After entering the 13th Five Year Project period,the development of the tertiary industry is obviously faster than that of the secondary industry.
