“课证赛岗,四位一体”的民办高校财务管理专业应用型人才培养模式探索——以吉林建筑科技学院财务管理专业为例

“Class Certificate Competition Post,Four in One”of the Approach of Cultivating Applied Talents in Private Colleges

国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要明确指出,为适应地方经济和社会发展的需要,高等教育机构培养具备财务管理专业所需要的基础理论、专业技术知识和实践与创新能力应用型人才,是目前亟待解决的问题。本文在此背景下提出了“课证赛岗,四位一体”的新型人才培养模式,该模式对教学全过程进行创新,从课程体系、职业证书、技能竞赛、岗位需求等方面进行教学改革,为社会培养技能过硬、综合素质较强的专业人才。

In order to meet the needs of local economic and social development,it is clearly stated in the outline of the national medium long term educational reform and development plan that the training of applied talents with basic theory,professional technical knowledge and practical and innovative ability required by the major of financial management in higher education institutions is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Under this background,this paper puts forward a new talent training mode of"class certificate competition post,four in one",which innovates the whole teaching process,carries on the teaching reform from the curriculum system,the vocational certificate,the skill competition,the post demand and so on,trains the professional personnel with excellent skills and strong comprehensive quality for the society.
