浅析岗位模拟教学法在高职物流管理专业应用中存在的问题及对策

分析高职物流管理专业现状以及岗位模拟教学法特点,总结岗位模拟教学法在高职物流管理专业应用中存在的问题:教材内容不合理,教学实训场地有待完善,教师的实践能力不强,应用缺乏规范性,与物流信息技术的结合少。提出在应用岗位模拟教学法时应注意完善教学实训场地,提高教师的实践能力,加强应用的规范性以及加强物流信息技术的应用,以期提高课堂教学质量和效果。
