数字经济促进市场经济的变化与发展。应出台相应的法律、法规进行规制。数字经济是新兴经济体制,国家及地方所出台的法律、法规等对于数字经济的规制存在一些不足,包括制度本身、网络安全等,需不断完善相关制度,以期有效稳定市场经济体制。

Digital economy can promote the change and development of market economy;therefore,there is a need to issue corresponding laws and regulations.Digital economy is an emerging economic system.National and local laws and regulations have some deficiencies in the regulation of digital economy,including the system itself and network security.To the end,relevant systems need to be constantly improved in order to effectively stabilize the market economic system.
