价值链管理的本质是通过业务、结构、流程与信息流的优化,实现降低成本、提升竞争力的目标。从阐释价值链管理与高校办公室管理的内涵入手,基于价值链原理针分析高校办公室管理在观念意识、组织结构、模式手段、信息化建设上存在的问题,并围绕四个层面探讨价值链管理在高校校办中实施的具体优化路径,以期为高校管理理念的革新与核心竞争力的提升提供参考。

The essence of value chain management is to achieve the goal of reducing cost and enhancing competitiveness through the optimization of business,structure,process and information flow.This paper first explains the connotation of value chain management and college office management,analyzes the problems existing in college office management based on the theory of value chain management,such as concept awareness,organization structure,mode means and information construction,and probes into the specific paths of optimizing value chain management from the four levels,hoping to provide reference for innovating college management philosophy and promoting core competence.
