A Study on Strategies for Improving International Cooperation of Higher Vocational Education in Dalian under the Background of“One Belt and One Road”

“一带一路”要求大量具有国际化技能的人才队伍。高职院校肩负着培养国际化技术人才的重任。大连的高职教育也需要加快拓展国际视野,加大国际化发展水平的提升,从提升职业院校自身整体水平、加大政府政策扶持与监管、扩大落实多元化“政校企”合作模式等角度,提升高职教育国际合作。

“One Belt and One Road”requires a large pool of talents with international skills.Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of training international technical personnel.To this end,higher vocational education in Dalian needs to accelerate the expansion of its international vision and increase the level of international development.To the end,the strategies are put forward for improving international cooperation of higher vocational education:improving the overall level of vocational colleges,strengthening government policy support and supervision,and expanding the implementation of diversified cooperation models of“government,school and enterprise”.
