斜拉桥桥梁检查车的力学性能分析

摘要 以某斜拉桥桥梁为工程实例,基于结构力学的知识,利用有限元分析软件sap2000分析检查车整体的力学性能,获得了铝合金方管检查车整体在两种工况下的支座内力、节点位移,以及桁架杆件的应力比和轴力。研究结果表明:检查车的强度、刚度、稳定性都满足设计要求,安全性能得到了保证;研究结果可为检查车的改进、制造、运行提供参考价值和理论依据。 This paper,taking a cable-stayed bridge as an engineering example,analyzes,based on the knowledge of structural mechanics,the overall mechanical performance of the inspection vehicle by using the finite element analysis software sap2000,and obtains the internal force of the support and joint displacement under two conditions for the inspection vehicle with aluminum alloy square tube,as well as the stress ratio and axial force of truss rods.The research results show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the inspection vehicle all meet the design requirements,so that the safety performance gets guaranteed;the research results can provide experience with reference value and theoretical basis for the improvement,manufacturing,and operation of the inspection vehicle.
