摘要
受传统职业教育理念、教学手段以及教学载体等因素的影响,导致高职院校所培养的装配式人才难以适应岗位要求。文章提出高职院校在装配式人才培养中要积极利用大数据技术的海量数据汇总分析能力实现装配式人才培养的精准化、高标准化。
On the influence of traditional vocational education concept,teaching means and teaching carrier,it is difficult for the prefabricated talents trained in higher vocational colleges to meet the requirements of the post.Therefore,this paper puts forward that higher vocational colleges should actively use the massive data collection and analysis ability of big data technology to realize the precision and high standardization of prefabricated talent training.
