摘要
为解决目前大部门工厂向智能工厂转型时设备层互联互通问题,对智能工厂设备进行了建模问题研究。文章背景为某压缩机工厂向智能工厂转型,主要研究内容包括多源异构通信协议结构解析、设备定义及设备建模问题,解决了工厂内现有设备连通率较低,设备开动率低,从而引起生产排产安排不合理等问题。
In order to solve the interconnection problem of equipment layer in the transformation of large department factory to intelligent factory,the modeling problem of intelligent factory equipment is studied.The background of this paper is the transformation of a compressor factory to an intelligent factory.The main research contents include the structure analysis of multi-source heterogeneous communication protocol,equipment definition and equipment modeling.It solves the problems of low connectivity and low start-up rate of existing equipment in the factory,which leads to unreasonable production scheduling.
