两种低浓度A型肉毒毒素治疗额纹的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of two low-concentration botulinum toxin type A on forehead wrinkles

目的 观察两种低浓度A型肉毒毒素注射治疗额纹的疗效及不良反应。方法 将自2018年1月至2019年3月符合纳入标准的60例额纹患者平均分为A、B两组,A组和B组分别采用20 U/ml和10 U/ml浓度A型肉毒毒素局部注射额部,每点注射0.1 ml;观察两组的疗效、持续时间及不良反应。结果 60例患者均经过1次A型肉毒毒素注射治疗并随访6个月。A组在起效时间和维持时间均高于B组,而B组在治疗有效率、满意率方面均高于A组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后均未发生药物中毒、过敏及严重并发症;两组不良反应发生率比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 两种浓度A型肉毒毒素治疗额纹均有疗效,但B组的治疗浓度可获得更自然的美容效果。

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of two low-concentration botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A)in the treatment of forehead wrinkles.Methods Sixty patients with forehead wrinkles from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into group A and B.The BTX-A of 20 U/ml was injected in group A and 10 U/ml was injected in group B.The injection dosage was 0.1 ml at each point.The efficacy,maintenance duration and side effects of both groups were observed.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months after once BTXA injection.The onset time and maintenance duration of group A was higher than those of group B.The effective rate and satisfaction rate of group B was higher than those of group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No drug poisoning,allergy and serious complications occurred in both groups after treatment.There was no statistically significant difference in side effects between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both concentrations of BTX-A are effective in the treatment of forehead wrinkles.For a more natural cosmetic effect,it is recommended to use the concentration of 10 U/ml.
