摘要 设计了一种基于PLC的伺服灌装机系统,控制系统可以广泛应用于食品、医药和日化等工业。PLC作为系统的核心控制器,与触摸屏MCGS通过以太网通信方式互联,具有良好的人机交互界面。另外,PLC利用运动功能模块FM357输出高速脉冲控制伺服电动机和步进电动机,实现对灌装喷嘴的左右和上下移动位置的精准控制。PLC还通过DP通信方式控制变频器实现对主轴传动带的速度控制。通过反复实践证明,伺服灌装机系统具有非常高的准确度和稳定性,大大提高了灌装机的效率。 A servo filling machine system based on PLC is designed.The control system can be widely used in food,medicine,daily chemical and other industries.As the core controller of the system,PLC is connected with the touch screen MCGS through Ethernet communication and has a good human-computer interface.In addition,PLC uses the movement function module FM357 to output high-speed pulse to control the servo motor and stepping motor,so as to realize the precise control of the left and right and up and down movement positions of the filling nozzle.PLC also controls the frequency converter through DP communication to realize the transmission of the main shaft speed control of moving belt.Practice has proved that the system has a very high accuracy and stability,greatly improving the efficiency of the filling machine.
