城市早期地下工程更新改造模式探析

在现今城市空间越发紧凑的背景下,开发建设城市地下空间要求合理利用地下空间资源,其中作为一种地下空间资源的城市早期地下工程的再利用也是一项重要的任务。文章针对早期地下工程的现状,分析了早期地下工程更新改造的必要性,并提出更新改造的原则。然后,研究早期地下工程更新改造可行性的评估方法,给出结构安全、改造价值和平战结合性能等评估要点。在改造可行的前提下,分析更新改造模式的影响因素,再结合国内外已有的早期地下工程更新改造案例和各方因素,对具体改造方案的优缺点、条件适宜性与平战结合适宜性进行探究,最后总结了早期地下工程的更新改造模式,可用于早期地下工程再利用的参考。

In the context of more and more compacted urban space,the rational use of urban underground space resources is required.As one of the underground space resources,reuse of early urban underground projects becomes an important task.Given the present status,this paper analyzes the necessity of the reconstruction of urban underground facilities and puts forward reconstruction principles.Then,the feasibility evaluation method is studied.The key points of evaluation,including structural safety,reconstruction value and comprehensive performance in peacetime and wartimeare given.On the premise that reconstruction is feasible,the influencing factors of reconstruction modes are analyzed.Based on existing domestic and foreign cases as well as various factors,advantages and disadvantages of the specific reconstruction plans,suitability of conditions and combination of peacetime and wartime are explored.The reconstruction modes are summarized,which can be used as a reference for the utilization of early urban underground facilities.
