波纹钢棚洞结构监测规律分析与数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 在隧道施工期间实施监控量测,是加强工程安全质量管理,防止重大事故发生的有力措施,还可以科学地指导设计和施工。目前使用新型波纹钢结构作为棚洞支护的工程实例极少,研究其监控量测具有十分重要的实际意义,能够为今后波纹钢棚洞结构的设计与施工积累经验并提供参考。本文以云南省某波纹钢结构棚洞为依托工程,通过对其现场监控量测数据以及建立相应的有限元数值模型的研究分析,发现棚洞两侧拱脚受力相对较大,在设计与施工时应引起重视。同时,将监控量测与数值计算得到的波纹钢应变值进行了对比验证,证明了两项工作的合理性和可靠性。 The implementation of monitoring during tunnel construction is very effective to strengthen project safety and quality management and prevent major accidents,and it can also guide design and construction scientifically.At present,there are very few engineering projects using new corrugated steel structure as shed-tunnel support,so it is of great practical significance to study monitoring,which can accumulate experience and provide reference for future design and construction of corrugated steel shed-tunnel structure.Based on a corrugated steel structure shed-tunnel in Yunnan province,this paper studies and analyzes the monitoring data on site and establishes the finite element numerical model.It is found that the arch foots on both sides of the shed-tunnel are under relatively large stress and attention should be paid to the construction.At the same time,the strain values of corrugated steel obtained by monitoring and numerical calculation are compared and verified,which proves the rationality and reliability of the two works.
