摘要
近年来,盾构隧道因为线路长、赶工期、下穿江河湖海、地面无设置竖井条件等原因,采用相向推进、地下对接、弃壳解体的技术成为一种新的发展趋势。青岛地铁8号线工程市民健身中心站—2#风井区间为采用4台土压平衡盾构地下对接、洞内弃壳解体的项目,研究海域内富水地层下土压平衡盾构地下对接及二次衬砌施工工艺技术,特别是对精度要求较高的对接技术的研究,填补了国内相关领域的空白,希望对类似工程有借鉴作用。
In recent years,it is a new development trend for a shield tunnel to adopt the technologies of advancing toward each other,underground docking,shell abandonment and disintegration due to long lines,short construction period,and constructions across rivers,lakes,and seas and lacking of conditions for vertical shaft on the ground.Based on the project of underground docking of four earth pressure shield machines and disitegration of the abandoned shell in the tunnel between civil fitness center station and No.2 air shaft of Qingdao metro line 8,this paper studies the underground docking and secondary lining construction technologies of earth pressure shield machines under water-rich strata in the sea area,especially the research on docking technology with high precision requirements,which fills the blanks in related fields in China.
